A new High School Baseball Field consisting of a 115 space parking lot with a new access drive, a two story press box with a pre-packaged food concessions space with upper announcement booth, a stand alone storage building, and over 2,675 feet of perimeter fence and backstop screening. The supporting utility system included a 0.5 acre/ft stormwater detention system, over 5,900 feet of perforated sub drainage, 1,931 feet of storm sewer collector lines, sanitary sewer service connections, 700 feet of new water service main, and an infield irrigation system design.
