SCO Engineering was founded in 1994 in Fort Wayne, Indiana by William R. Sheets and Thomas P. Offerle. We have dedicated registered engineers, surveyors, designers, and support staff.  We have been commissioned not only in the tri-state area, but also have national accounts and international experience. 
We bring our dedication and experience to every location and every project.
