Lake Hills Elementary School is a new elementary school for grades K through
5 including classrooms, administration, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, and
large group instruction.
The mechanical system is a four-pipe hot water and chilled water system with
high efficiency modular boilers and air cooled chillers. Air distribution is
from constant volume and variable air volume air handlers with variable air
volume terminal boxes with hot water reheat. Direct digital controls provide
individual room control with remote monitoring, adjustment, and
troubleshooting capabilities.
