The Brandywine Elementary project included the demolition of an existing classroom wing, re-building a new main entry, and renovation of classrooms, locker rooms, and other spaces. The existing building was served by a combination of steam and hot water heat. The steam boilers were converted to hot water and all the remaining steam heating units in the building were replaced with new hot water heating units and hot water piping. All equipment and piping is sized for future cooling capability using a two-pipe system.

The Brandywine Junior/Senior High School project included a complete renovation of the band room, choir room, and varsity locker rooms. The existing hot water boiler system was extended to new equipment in these areas and all equipment is sized for future cooling with a two-pipe system. All new plumbing fixtures and piping were installed in the locker rooms. Air conditioning units and ductwork were installed in the administration area.
