Eaton County was experiencing occasional
overcrowding in their existing 224 bed jail house. An additional 142
beds were added and parts of the existing jail, including the
laundry area, were renovated. The HVAC system was designed with
variable speed fans and enthalpy wheels for maximum energy
conservation.
