The Empire Center is a unique professional office building replicating a New York City streetscape complete with multistory building facades. Project phasing required that construction was completed for ½ of the site and building while maintaining an existing dentist office on the site. Once it was complete, the dentist relocated into the Phase 1 portion of the building allowing the existing dentist office to be razed for construction of Phase 2. An underground stormwater detention system under the parking lot o f the new development allowed for optimum use of this small commercial lot.
