The administration area was renovated with some new mechanical equipment for additional zone control. Parts of the mechanical system were reused and relocated to fit the new space layout. The building management system was extended to the administration area.

An off-site strip mall rental space was renovated into an express clinic. The shell utilities and equipment were extended to the new space use.
