Commissioning
Over the past several years with so many
advances in technology and the interdependence of the HVAC systems,
control systems, communication systems, and the building
fabrication it is essential that all of
these systems work right the first time.
Unfortunately this does not always happen.
SCO offers the service of commissioning to prevent this from
occurring. Commissioning
requires strict documentation of the design, specifications, submittals,
material selections, installation methods, calibration, testing, and
field proving of all systems.
In many cases the cost to an owner to ‘work
through’ the bugs can be overwhelming.
SCO can provide the assurance that the owner does not have to
‘debug’ their systems when they have
been properly commissioned.
