Building Security Systems
Today’s heightened awareness
to security is placing more emphasis on building security. SCO can
design a system that will allow for integration of door access, video
surveillance, metal detection, tie-in to the facility management system,
and fire alarm system. A well designed security system will allow for
audit trails, programmable lockdown sequences, simple user enrollment,
as well as multi-point access to several buildings on a campus. When a
security situation arises, a building must be smart enough to lock down
and provide a safe environment for those inside as well as provide a
secure perimeter to keep unwanted persons out.
